Refund Policy

- Robin Reports: Non-refundable once work has begun
- Coaching & Consulting: Non-refundable once a session has occurred
- Digital Products / Courses: Generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Missed Sessions (Coaching)
- Rescheduling may be allowed with reasonable notice
- Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
