I’ve always been an entrepreneur, since I was 12 when I built my first website to sell burned CDs to my friends. By high school, my friends’ parents started taking notice and paid me to create ads for their businesses. The more exposed I was to their business, the more I saw them struggle with underdeveloped brands and predatory marketing companies.
At 18, I set out to master marketing and spent 17 marketing for everyone from Fortune 500 companies to tech startups to local businesses. Robin is my way of giving back to entrepreneurs honest, effective tools to build thriving brands.
I named Robin after my stepdad of the same name. Robin took me under his wings before I was even one years old and raised me as his own. He, too, lacked know-how: how to be a parent, having lost his mom when he was ten and never knowing his father. Despite it all, he persevered and made it his life’s mission to give me the support he knew I needed, and as a result became the best dad I could ask for.
